Joann Naser from the Washington County Community Foundation recently visited The Charleroi Area Public Library. Joann presented a plaque to Board of Directors President Barb Pepper, commemorating The President's Choice Award that the library received in 2021. Also present were board members: Adele Pireaux, Mareen Lindsay, and Patsy Brinker.
